Terms & Conditions

  1. Niccolo Explorer Club membership is by invitation only and issued at the discretion of the hotel.
  2. Hotels reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership with or without prior notice if it appears that the Member’s membership is being misused.
  3. Discount is strictly applicable to dining at specified restaurants, bars and lounges and do not apply to service charge and taxes.
  4. Discount can only be availed with prior reservation and is subject to availability.
  5. Membership card must be presented upon bill payment.
  6. Hotel blackout dates apply.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservations must be made in advance.
  2. Discounts are applicable to a la carte menu only and cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers and events.
  3. Special discount applied to Niccolo Kitchen western set menu for lunch & dinner.
  4. Discounts are not applicable to catering services, in-room dining, take out service, service charge and VAT.
  5. Membership is non-transferable.
  6. Only one Niccolo Explorer Club card may be used per table for a total of 12 people, including the member, on a single receipt.
  7. Blackout days include but are not limited to New Year’s Eve, Chinese New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, 20 May, Chinese QiXi Valentine's Day, Christmas Eve, other holidays and special promotions.
  8. Membership card must be presented upon bill payment.
